I need help with a presentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Analyze your student data to determine strengths and weaknesses related to student learning and teacher effectiveness using descriptive statistics. Also review your observational rubrics from CSU and administrators. Share strengths and weaknesses using presentation software and present using a video recording with the presentation. Propose a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely) action plan for yourself during the presentation with a plan for monitoring improvement.
Consider the following as objectives to expand and highlight with detail:

The core or primary objective in "teaching" is student learning. We would be lackadaisical to not focus on evaluation with this focus. I'd like for you to use evidence you have gathered from your first year teaching for the assignment. This can be and should be around multiple sources. Consider student achievement results you have access to and observation notes from administrators. Though these observations are often more relative, they still provide a good resource towards improving our practice.
I encourage you to "snoop" the artifacts of your teaching this year; look for patterns. Look for trends or unusual characteristics. This may give you a reason to look deeper into the data to understand why certain patterns or differences exist and how they relate to your teaching. Your analysis should consist of both numerical and graphical summaries that present general patterns from the data. I do hope also for some qualitative descriptions based on observations. Be careful in making inferences in your presentation and videos remembering that this data is non-experimental (remember our discourse last semester). Because you are using observational data there are numerous confounding variables that may exist.
