I'm look for an experienced English teacher for a 13-year-old young Child

I’m reaching out to enquire about your availability of teaching kids English. I’m currently seeking an experienced English teacher for my nephew who is a 13-year-old child who is studying at a junior middle school in China.
He has been learning English for some time and is able to communicate with a basic level of English. I’m keen to look for a qualified English teacher who has interesting and diverse teaching methods to hone his language skills including speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar etc. To be frank, I would like you to spark his interest in learning English and cultivate an English mindset in tandem with the learning curriculum you created, which I think is far more important than test scores.
Key responsibilities:
1. create pre-set curriculum / individualized plan for the child after the first warm-up class
2. Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
3. oversee my nephew’s learning progress on a periodical basis in order to provide useful feedback
Requirements:
1. Speak English as a first language; is preferably learning a second language
2. Execute lessons in a fun, and engaging manner
3. Be patient and resilient while teaching classes
4. Be preferably an ESL certified teacher
Our main goals:
1. Help my nephew build an English mindset
2. Develop interest in the English language
3. Internalize new vocabulary while having fun learning English
4. Retain and improve overall English language skills
In addition, I would like to request a mini-trial session/interview in which my nephew, his father and me will attend before entering into a long-run study plan. Please let me know if you feel interested in this job so that we can proceed. I look forward to your reply.
