4. Whatsapp for Apple Mobile
5. Whatsapp for Android Mobile

Contents for each video
- Download & Install
- Start a 1-1 video/voice call
- Start a Conference call
- Join and Exit
- Basic Features
- Do's and Don'ts

Criteria for each video:
- User-centric (for 50+ years old non-technical)
- 10-15 minutes average each video
- Simple and slow
- High-quality (HD) pictures/video/visuals


Deliverables
- 5 x HD videos (average 10-15 minutes each)
- English Text for each video
- Slideshow of each video (if using PowerPoint)

(No voice needed as the text of the video should be translated and voice-over in other languages)
