Maximum 4000 words excluding bibliography and appendixes

8 x approx. 500 word Reflective commentaries on professional practice to address each of the following core course topics on Higher Education T&L (teaching and learning)
1. Curriculum design
2. Approaches to teaching
3. Principles of effective assessment and feedback
4. Technology in teaching, learning and assessment
5. Postgraduate teaching and assessment
6. Teaching international students, internationalising higher education
7. Inclusive pedagogies for equality and diversity in higher education
8. Supporting students’ learning: library, study skills, and career development
The work was quite simple, you take the role of a university lecturer and reflect on those topics with examples of how you approach those areas in your teaching.

Each response must focus clearly on a specific teaching incident and the learning from this, in order to facilitate sufficient depth of reflection.
Each response must engage with and reference a range of relevant, pedagogic literature including up-to-date sources.
Based on real teaching experience: You must reflect on your own higher education teaching experience and make clear your own contribution to the teaching development that you discuss.
