Statistical Power Analysis for Sample Size

I'm seeking a proficient statistician for a statistical power analysis project. The project is very fast. I am physician-scientist and need help with a short paragraph of a power analysis for a grant. This is what I came up with (see below). I used AI but have very limit experience in power analysis as it is not usually used for mice experiments. It needs to be done today.
Power analyses, conducted to determine the most effective group sizes, will guide the experimentation process. To assess the impact of JAK inhibitors on the median survival time of KO mice, we conducted a power analysis. This analysis suggests a sample size of 13 mice per group to achieve 80% power at a 5% alpha level, using a log-rank test. The calculation is based on an expected 90% increase in median survival from 9 to 18 weeks with treatment. To enhance the specificity and reliability of our analysis, we estimate an effect size based on this expected median survival increase, representing a significant reduction in the hazard rate for the treated group.
