Spanish Advisor for English Department

I am Alberto, head of an eight-member English department in a Spanish secondary school. I am looking for a fellow Spanish educator who has already walked the same path—teaching English in a Spanish instituto and later leading a department—to mentor me in three intertwined areas: department management, teaching practice, and curriculum design.
Your experience will help me sharpen the following focal points:
