Power Point Presentation

I need help with creating illustrations and nice graphics for the presentation of my dissertation. The title is "Clinical and genetic data of patients and families with ataxia". It is a study about a neurological disease and it focuses also on genetic testing technology. I have the data that I want to present but I would like to get help with the creative part. :)
