Online SAT Tutor for Math - Three Times a Week

Project Description:
My daughter, Fay, will be taking the Digital SAT on October 7th. We are originally from NYC, but have lived in Belize for the past 6 years. Because of this, Fay hasn't had exposure to the advanced math concepts at the highest level of the SAT. She seems like a good test taker (her verbal was 760), and she's scored well in the math she knew. She's applying to schools like Williams, Amherst, and Wesleyan, so she'll likely have to score in the 700s.
We'd like an experienced online tutor to teach her the math concepts she hasn't yet encountered. Our initial thought was to use Khan academy's new Digital SAT program (https://www.khanacademy.org/digital-sat/confirmed) as a basis, with private tutorials 3 evenings a week.
We're in the Mountain timezone, so the tutor would have to be available after school hours in that time zone, anytime between 4-10.
