Online Employment Skills Workshop Facilitator

Job ID: 40092097

Budget: $8 – $15 AUD

I’m putting together a short series of educational workshops that focus on practical employment-readiness skills for people who receive NDIS support. Each session will run live online and must feel interactive, accessible, and encouraging for participants who may have varied learning needs.

Here’s what I need help with: you’ll design the session outline, prepare any slide decks or activity sheets, and then deliver the workshop in real time—fielding questions, offering one-to-one clarification in the chat when needed, and guiding participants through simple exercises such as résumé tweaks, interview role-plays, and workplace communication scenarios. We’ll host on Zoom, but if you already prefer another mainstream platform that offers breakout rooms and screen-share (e.g., Microsoft Teams), that works too.

By the end of the contract I’ll expect:
• A concise facilitator plan that maps learning outcomes to each activity
• All participant materials in accessible PDF or Word format
• The live delivery of at least one 60- to 90-minute workshop, recorded for internal use
• A brief post-session summary noting attendance, engagement, and any recommended follow-ups

If you have experience supporting NDIS participants and can keep the energy high in an online setting, this project should be a perfect fit.
