Lecturer for a course

Hello! I am looking for an experienced lecturer to teach a course focusing on a specific subject. The subject I have chosen is education. However, I am open to suggestions as to what to include in the curriculum or lesson plan. The students for this course will consist of middle/high school students. I need an experienced and knowledgeable lecturer. The successful candidate must show they have the necessary qualifications and experience in both teaching and the specific subject area.
