Interactive Primary Math Activity Guide

I need a ready-to-use toolkit that will help my K-5 teachers turn every mathematics period into an activity-based, highly engaging experience. Our immediate priority— and the sole focus of this brief— is “Teaching mathematics with activities.” You are free to draw on manipulatives, games, storytelling, art integration, or any other age-appropriate strategy, as long as each idea is simple enough for busy teachers to pick up and run with right away.

What I expect:
• A concise guide (PDF or Google Doc) organised by grade level, each unit containing at least three classroom-tested activities that target core concepts.
• Clear, step-by-step instructions, required materials, estimated time, and the exact learning objective for every activity.
• Tips for quick formative assessment after each task so teachers immediately see whether the concept has “stuck.”
• A short slide deck my teachers can skim before trying the activities, highlighting pedagogy and classroom management cues.
• Optional: one sample video or screencast of you modelling any single activity— even a rough phone recording is fine if it vividly shows the process.

Please attach a detailed project proposal outlining your method, any past resources you might adapt, and a realistic timeline to deliver the first full draft; I’m aiming to roll this out ASAP. If your approach works, I’ll look to continue with real-life application modules and support for slow learners in follow-up projects.
