Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing interactive educational activities based on scientific theories.
- Ability to integrate movement and physical activity into educational sessions, following research-based practices.
- Knowledge of the latest research and global best practices, such as the theories of Jean Piaget on learning through play, principles of physical learning and cognitive development, and gamification techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Physical Education.
- Certifications or training in teaching through play, such as those from HighScope or Reggio Emilia.
- Experience in gamification and its application in educational settings.
- Proven track record in innovative teaching or training.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized lessons based on my interests and goals, using methodologies like Design Thinking, Project-Based Learning (PBL), and gamification.
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure continuous improvement and skill mastery, following models such as STEAM and inquiry-based learning.
- Utilize tools and strategies that enhance learning through play, physical activity, and gamification, supported by organizations like LEGO Education and research from institutions like Harvard Graduate School of Education and Stanford d.school.
