6th Grade English Tutoring Online
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My sixth-grader needs steady, engaging support in English once a week. I’d like each session to focus on the skills that give her the most trouble—grammar and punctuation rules, reading comprehension strategies, and structured writing practice—while also leaving room to tackle whatever homework or online-class assignments she brings that day.
We will meet remotely, so please be comfortable running an interactive video lesson through Zoom or a similar platform and sharing screens or Google Docs for real-time edits. I’ll expect you to come prepared with short exercises or passages that reinforce the concepts we’re targeting, then tie those directly back into her current schoolwork so she sees immediate results. After every lesson, a brief summary of what was covered and the next small goal for her would help us track progress.
If you enjoy making language fun and can balance clear explanations with patient encouragement, I’d love to hear how you would structure our weekly 60-minute sessions and keep her motivated between meetings. Could be 45 minute 2 session a week too.
