I’m scaling our online tutoring company to meet growing demand from learners in the UK, China, South Africa, New Zealand, Dubai and several other regions. To keep our standards high as we expand, I’m onboarding additional tutors who can confidently teach Mathematics, Science and Languages to primary- and secondary-school students.
We run both one-on-one and small group sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, so you should be comfortable switching between personalised guidance and collaborative classrooms. Interactive whiteboards, screen-sharing and digital resources form the core of our lessons, and clear, friendly communication is essential because our students come from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Deliverables I expect from each tutor:
• Consistent weekly availability for scheduled sessions
• Engaging lesson plans aligned with each student’s curriculum and ability level
• Brief progress reports after every lesson so parents and coordinators can track improvement
