Freelance English Teacher

I need an experienced English teacher to deliver face-to-face classes for my finance-sector team in Colonia del Valle. We have roughly 26 employees who will be split into smaller groups according to level, from absolute beginners (A1) up to upper-intermediate (B2).

Scope
• Design and teach flexible sessions that fit around the staff’s workday.
• Prepare tailored materials for each level, ensuring real-world business relevance—presentations, emails, small-talk, and meeting skills.
• Track individual progress with quick assessments and brief written feedback every few weeks.
• Coordinate a simple placement test at the outset so we can organise learners efficiently.

What I’m looking for
• Solid classroom experience across A1–B2, ideally with corporate groups.
• Ability to engage mixed-ability learners and keep lessons interactive.
• Reliability for on-site teaching in Colonia del Valle on an agreed schedule.
• Comfortable producing concise progress reports for HR.

Deliverables
1. Weekly lesson outlines per level.
2. Attendance and progress records.
3. End-of-course summary highlighting improvements and next steps.
