Elevator for full accessability to education wing of historic church

I am in urgent need of having an elevator installed in the education wing of a historic church in order to improve accessibility and ensure full accessibilty for everyone. The current issue is a lack of an elevator, and I already have a specific model or type in mind. The space where the elevator will be installed is less than 100 sq ft. I am looking for a professional freelancer to complete this project quickly and efficiently. We have a contractor secured. Our challenge has been that the total estimated cost doubled after COVID, from $450,000 to $850,000. $300,000 from donations and funds raised have already been expended to bring the educational wing up to fire code. The remaining $550,000 of the budget will need to be covered by grants and loans.
