Education Resources / Worksheets
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
We require someone with expertise in the field of education to create booklets in the subject areas of Verbal Reasoning and Maths designed for the GL assessment 11+ testing based in the UK. These booklets will support children’s preparation for the tests.
Examples of assessment papers (only verbal reasoning and maths) can be found here: https://11plus.gl-assessment.co.uk/free-materials/
Booklets need to be topic based i.e. ratio in Maths, Find the Word in Verbal Reasoning and the verbal reasoning booklets will also need to include vocabulary based activities using high frequency words in the 11+ tests. Answer sheets will also need to be included at the back or separately.
The booklets are approximately 10 pages long, averaging 50 questions with a mix of calculation, reasoning and problem-solving questions including timed ‘check for understanding’ activities. An example will be provided. Current topic focuses are Measures, Shape and Space in Maths (Reading number scales, working with time, Speed, distance and time) and Working with Numbers and Algebra in verbal reasoning (balance the equation/number analogies/number sequences). Black and white is best.
