Build & Design Online Course for an EdTech Startup

We are an EdTech startup partnering with colleges and universities to train their students in upskilling themselves and making them placement ready, grooming them fir Group Discussion and Facing Interviews, helping them learn Basic and Advanced Excel, etc that would improve their employability. We would be venturing into other courses with time as well. Need an expert to design such courses and plan the delivery of these courses as well for maximum penetration.
