b) Lord liverpool and the tories
Great reform Act
Peel and conservatives
Peel and Social reform
Peel and pressure groups
Foreign policy 1
Foreign policy 2
American Revolution
British hegemony in the US
Causes of AmRev
The war
The early republic
Here is how I want you to enter information
I have structured most of my notes in the form of
Essay question → ¾ factors → each factor has evidence
For these notes, the front of the card is the essay question+the factor, the back of the card is the evidence (there will be a lot of evidence on the back of the card, that is ok. Thus, each essay plan will have around ¾ flashcards.
Headline/event → evidence and detail of the event
For these notes, the front of the card is the event, the back of the card is the date and evidence. Ensure that the date is not on the front of the card, even if it is in the headline. I want to recall both the date and what the headline involves.
Timelines
These are the trickiest. Split the timeline into an appropriate number of cards. Eg 1759-1761 on the front of the cards. On the back of the cards, have the events and the detail of the events.
General advice: sometimes there are tables/headings with detail that don’t fit into these categories. The general rule is to have the headline or some recall factor on the front, and then evidence on the back.
Please ask me immediately if there is any ambiguity, as it is crucial that the data is entered correctly. Please do not use AI to do this task, as it may produce inaccuracies.
I have attached in the next tab a sample module (one of the 13 that I’ve already done, so you have 12 left). This is the longest and most detailed module. The others are easier.
Please compare this deck to the flashcards below, as that is the format I want. Note that the flashcards already made have a slightly incorrect format because in the evidence on the back of the cards, it says the factor again in a different column. This isn’t needed. Only the evidence should be on the back, factor + question/headline on the front.
Note:
Deadline is tomorrow
My budget is £50. No room for negotiation. I simply don’t have time.
If you want to do this project, please send me a couple of sample flashcards on anki from the sample module below. I will send my own sample flashcards if you want to see the format.
