Adult English Tutors for Online Learning Project

Description:
We’re building a fast-growing online English-learning project for Russian-speaking adults — drivers, workers, and professionals who want to improve their English for work and everyday life.
We’re looking for friendly, patient, and communicative English tutors who can explain things simply, sometimes switching to Russian if needed. All tutors must speak both English and Russian.
We plan to start with around 10 tutors to cover about 50 students, but ideally we’d like to onboard around 12–15 teachers in total.
What we offer:
• Flexible schedule (you choose your hours) Teachers will need to work according to U.S. (California) time. The general window is from around 8 AM to 5–6 PM California time, but the schedule is flexible, since students will book lessons at different hours.
• Stable monthly income ($12–15 per hour)
• All students provided — no marketing or hunting needed
• Lessons conducted online (Zoom / Google Meet / Skype)
• Long-term cooperation — consistent students and hours
Requirements:
• Confident English level (B2–C2)
• Ability to explain grammar and vocabulary clearly
• Basic understanding of Russian (enough to support beginners)
• Friendly and responsible attitude
Ideal for:
Teachers from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, or anywhere with fluent English and internet connection.
