college counsellor

i'm looking for a counselor who can provide these service to my son.

He is in grade 11 with low GPA unfortunately due to system change from french to american / grade 10 was covid online year and he had depression, lost intrest in sports, education ect ... now he starts picking up.
we need the following:

Grade by grade course planning
● Academic record of achievement and profile assessment
● Summer program counseling
● Creation of a personalized timeline and counseling for standardized testing (SAT, SAT II, ACT, etc.)
● Counseling on English proficiency testing if necessary (TOEFL, IELTS)
● Assistance with the creation of a personalized list of universities to consider applying to based on a
best fit philosophy
● Assistance with letters of recommendation
● Advice on extra-curricular activities
● Tailored student timeline to successfully and comfortably apply to universities & colleges.
● Counseling on understanding application timelines (i.e. Early Decision, Early Action, Regular Decision,
Rolling Decision, etc.)
● Counseling on completing university applications - Institutional, Common Application, UCAS (UK),
OUAC (Canada), etc.
● Essay/Personal Statement Counseling
● Financial aid counseling
● Interview coaching
● Collegiate athletics counseling
● Counseling on choosing university or college to attend
● Counseling on student visa issues if necessary
