Qualtrics Survey Flow Consultation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have designed a Qualtrics survey for math educators in support of a PhD student's dissertation, and I'd like an experienced Qualtrics specialist to walk through it with us and point out any blind spots. I serve in an administrative support capacity for the student, and both the student and I will be present in all sessions. Please note that an NDA will be required prior to engagement to protect the confidentiality of the research.
The survey is an IRB-approved, confidential instrument targeting secondary math teachers in Washington State. It consists of approximately 57 questions organized across 14 thematic blocks, including a consent screen with skip logic, Likert-scale agreement items, multi-select tool inventories, matrix/grid rating questions, demographic items, and open-ended reflection questions. The survey concludes with a redirect to a separate, unlinked incentive collection form — the logic and flow connecting these two surveys also needs review.
The main focus is the survey's flow and logic — making sure every respondent lands on the right questions, skip patterns behave as expected, and any embedded data or validation we choose to add is set up efficiently.
Here's what I need from you:
A screen-sharing session (or two) where you audit the current survey structure, talk us through your observations, and explain best-practice improvements.
Written notes or annotated screenshots summarising the changes we discuss, so we can implement them independently or have you do it if time allows.
A brief final check after revisions to confirm the updated flow is solid before launch.
