Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Android App Developer to design, develop, and deploy a user-friendly, scalable, and secure Android app for our school community.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a custom Android application for the school.

Integrate features such as:

Student information system (profile, academics, attendance, reports)

Parent-teacher communication & announcements

Event updates & push notifications

Dashboard for teachers, parents, and students

Integration with Google Sheets/Google Forms for real-time data tracking

Ensure a smooth, intuitive, and user-friendly interface.

Provide post-deployment support, bug fixes, and updates.

Collaborate with the school management to customize features as per requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Android app development (Java/Kotlin).

Strong understanding of Firebase/SQL databases & API integration.

Prior experience in developing ERP/Education/Institutional apps (preferred).

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile apps.

Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Minimum 2+ years of freelance or professional app development experience.

Strong portfolio of past Android apps (live links/screenshots to be shared).

Engagement & Compensation

Duration: Project-based (approx. 1–3 months, extendable for support/updates).

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and scope of work.

Work Mode: Remote (coordination through online meetings).
