Curriculum Co-Founder for Rural EdTech
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Saksham Kids is almost ready to launch and I’m searching for a like-minded partner who lives and breathes curriculum development. My vision is to give rural and middle-class primary school learners (ages 6-11) the same rich, forward-thinking education enjoyed in top urban schools—at a fraction of the cost.
Where you come in
I need someone who can take complete ownership of the learning path from Grade 1 to Grade 5: drafting engaging lesson sequences, weaving inclusive learning modules through every subject, and working side-by-side with teachers so each topic lands in the real classroom exactly as imagined. If you already create educational content, design accessible materials for mixed-ability groups, and thrive on collaborative planning, you’ll feel right at home.
What we will build together
• A modular, competency-based curriculum that meets national standards yet feels fresh and context-relevant to rural households.
• Ready-to-deploy lesson packs, worksheets, digital assets, and simple tech-enabled assessments.
• A feedback loop with pilot schools so we iterate quickly before scaling.
Why this is different
There’s no corporate hierarchy here—only co-founders. Equity, long-term vision and deep impact on children’s futures are the real rewards at this stage. If the thought of building an educational empire from the ground up excites you more than any salary band ever could, let’s talk.
Share a brief note on the most inventive lesson or module you’ve ever produced, and how you measured its success. Then we can jump on a call and see if our ambitions align.
*Indian Nationally only.
