Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced career education specialist to design and implement an online learning program for secondary school students.
The selected consultant will be responsible for designing the overall program structure and implementing the course inside a Learning Management System (LMS).
This role combines expertise in career education, curriculum design, and online learning implementation.
The consultant will be provided with an initial brief outlining the project goals and preliminary structure.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for:
• Designing the learning structure of the program
• Creating the module and lesson framework
• Designing career exploration learning activities
• Implementing the program inside a Learning Management System
• Organizing lessons, reflections, and activities within the LMS
• Setting up tracking for student progress and completion
• Collaborating with other specialists contributing to the project
All educational design decisions should be supported by relevant research where appropriate.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
• Experience in career education, career counselling, or career development
• Experience designing curriculum or educational programs
• Experience implementing courses in a Learning Management System
• Strong research background with ability to reference relevant literature

Engagement Format
• Remote collaboration
• Consultation and program design across multiple project stages
• Duration: 2 hours per day - 5 days per week - approximately 6-8 weeks depending on progress
