Assistant for an educational project

I am looking for an assistant to help me with my educational project Lonet Academy. My main task is to approach language tutors and invite them to join the project. I need someone who can help me with this urgent task within a week. As for the budget, it is less than EUR 500 for two weeks. Basically I am willing to pay EUR 10 for every registered tutor.
It is NOT sales! You will not haver to sell anything.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (mostly written) in English
- Experience in work connected with search of clients and partners
- Knowledge of different languages is preferable
- You must have your profile on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Familiarity with educational projects is a plus

This is a 2 weeks project. After that there is an opportunity to continue work on Lonet Academy. We will discuss it separately.
