11 tips on how to flip the switch

I'm a 25 year old solo travelling mum to a 13 month old daughter and a big doggo! I've been through 2 long term break ups due to them cheating and 10 months ago him leaving for another family! So I bought a caravan and travel NZ. I inspire other woman to live their happiest healthiest life with my mindset and fitness coaching! But I'm writing this "Top 12 tips on how to flip the switch" break up and glow up guide as I've gone down the self destructive path and then I've gone down the productive path and I've written a guide on how to do that, I tend to be verbal spew so consolidating my chapters to be fun and easy to digest is where I struggle I ramble! I just need help with some structuring, editing and the actual design, ways to sell it and get it out there to help other woman!! Half the proceeds will be going to an organisation for other solo mothers needing support! Attached is the front page idea, open to suggestions and I'd like the background of the pages to a pastel pink and maybe some gold accents somewhere!! I want it to be fun and eye catching! I'd love this to go live on the 6th of November 2022 if possible as this is the 1 year anniversary of my break up!
