Looking for a talented contemporary romance editor(s) for long-term, consistent work

Are you a reliable and responsive editor, with excellent communication skills who can turn around a project from time to time with short notice?
We are looking for a talented editor to perform developmental, copy, and line edits for sweet contemporary romance novels on an ongoing basis. We typically offer 1-2 books a month, at 50k words each.
Edits will be performed using track changes in MS Word using the Chicago Manual of Style. Please only apply if you are experienced with CMOS.
Developmental - I’m looking for someone to help me edit plots at $50 per plot. I also need someone to do a quick read through of first drafts and drop comments where the story needs work. For read throughs on a 50k we are paying $150.
Our rate is $0.00375/word per book for copy editing and $0.0025 per book for proofreading. I realize this is below industry standards, but we offer steady, reliable work.
Expected turn arounds:
• Plot reviews: 1-2 days
• First draft dev edits: 3 days
• Copy edits: 7 days
• Proofread: 7 days
