Design a Premium Editorial-Style PDF Workbook for The Mom MBA

Project Overview:
I’m looking for a skilled designer to create a 10–16 page magazine-style PDF based on my 7-step framework for running a home like a CEO. I will provide the full text and structure. You will focus on layout, typography, and clean editorial design.

The final deliverable should feel similar to a minimal, modern lifestyle magazine (think: clean spacing, serif + sans-serif pairing, neutral tones, elegant tables). I will share a sample PDF for visual direction.

What I Need Designed:
• 1 cover page
• Intro + overview pages
• Seven “step” sections (teaching page + worksheet layout)
• Final “Checklist” page
• Resources page
• Simple, clean tables and worksheets throughout
• Light use of stock imagery (neutral home/lifestyle images)

Deliverables:
• Final PDF (print-ready + web-optimized)
• Source file (Canva, InDesign, or Figma) with editable text
• Exported cover image for use on Substack
• Mini style guide (fonts, colors, spacing, elements)

Design Style:
• Clean, minimal, editorial (magazine-inspired)
• Neutral color palette (soft creams, charcoals, warm accents)
• Serif headers + sans-serif body text
• Lots of white space
• Simple, modern tables and checklists
• No cartoon/clipart/bright colors
