Luxury Muslim-Friendly London Guide Design

Hi,
I am looking for a luxury designer to create a premium PDF guide for my brand Rafahiya Hotels, a luxury Muslim-friendly hotel booking and concierge service focused on London.
The guide will be complimentary for our VIP guests visiting London.
I want the PDF to feel very high-end and elegant, similar to luxury hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, Aman Resorts or Mr & Mrs Smith — not like a tourist brochure.
The guide should include:

Length: Approximately 5–10 pages.
