Re-write / improve 15,000 word childrens novel

I've written a children's novel which has 15,000 words. I need someone to thoroughly edit, re-write and just make it better. The sentence's should flow better, the jokes need to be improved a bit. I would like to find someone to work with on a long term basis who can work on my other novels. The budget for this first project is $25.
