35,000 word memoir edited and write it better

I am looking for an experienced editor to edit and rewrite my 35,000-word memoir. The project is a completed draft that needs editing so it reads better and cleaner. I am looking for someone who can commit to this project within the next 3-4 weeks. I need help with rewriting and substantive editing, not just proofreading it.
