proof read and edit an article

I am looking for an experienced editor and proofreader to help me edit and proofread an article of around 500-1000 words. The article is mainly academic focused with a short tight deadline of within 24 hours. The ideal freelancer should have an excellent command of the English language as well as an extensive background in editing and proofreading similar types of articles. To ensure a high level of quality, I'm looking for someone who carefully proofreads and edits the article to a high standard, catching all errors and suggested any improvements in syntax, style, grammar, and formatting.
