i need someone to edit a word and make it look good and professional

I am looking for a freelance editor who can help me take my document into the next level. I need someone who can produce a professional, well-formatted document for me, regardless of the type. The document I need to be edited happens to be a dealer reference book, which is about 1-10 pages long. I know that honing it to an ideal shape requires lots of effort and expertise. Therefore, I trust the freelancer's expertise when it comes to producing the best possible document. Right now, I'm just looking for someone to take my mediocre document and make it look good and professional.
