I need a personal grants and loans proposal writer

In Short Husband passed away last May of 2022, leaving me to deal with all finances and figuring out what to do. What I am asking is at the most $65,000 to pay off land contract we have with previous owner coming due in May of this year. Secondly $25,000 to due some fix up on both places here and help with finishing paying off any past debts so that I can be able to then be able to live within my means - I am on Social Security Disability - after medicare premium taken out $833 monthly income for me.

Any help or any assistance would greatly be appreciated.
