i need to get a ordered vacated based on old information that was presented to a judge by my former spouses attorney. i had an attorney who quit right in the middle of the litigation- and i tried to get a continuance in order to get another attorney- however i was not granted one.- now i can provide you with an order in which i was allowed to do certain things- and then an evidentiary hearing was granted to the former spouse because my former counsel would not respond- she did respond but didn't file an all-important motion that would have never gotten me into the mess i am in now. I will attach the order for 5/2/22- and I will attach a new order that just wipes everything i did out- and i need to have it vacated- or if i could request a new trial- it might be to late for this not sure- i also will provide the motion that my former attorney never filed- and never brought it to my attention- so it can guide you and give you some information on why this now order is not warranted- the order needs to be vacated because all of the information that the former spouse provided to the judge had already been ruled on and the orders had been changed 4 times since the date they keep alluding to- ( regarding home)
