I need a document writer

I need to produce a 1 page document telling employees about their paid parental leave plans at my company. I need help with grammar, formatting and visuals. I need to produce 6 different versions of this because we have employees in 6 different states with 6 slightly different rules. I already have all the information in 1 email for employees, buts it’s not very *pretty*
