need A PROOFREADING EDITOR WITH WRITE UP KNOWLEDGE AND CHANGE EDITING OF ARTICLES AND SMALL FILES

I am looking to hire a proofreading editor with extensive knowledge in writing and editing of articles and small files. I need someone who can take a look at and provide necessary corrections/edits to documents/files that are between 1000 and 5000 words. The materials I will require proofreading are articles, and will also need to be edited to some degree. The right candidate should have plenty of experience in both proofreading and editing, so that the materials I have can be corrected, polished and made to shine!
