manuscript beta reader

I am looking for a beta reader for my non-fiction manuscript that is less than 50 pages long. Primarily, I am hoping for feedback on the overall flow and coherence of the manuscript. I would also be open to guidance on any small plot or character aspects that require additional attention. Ultimately, I am aiming to make sure that my manuscript is cohesive, engaging, and free of any lingering issues.
