I own a temp service and am looking for some one to take out paper application and make it a pdf fillable document that we can email to people and have them complete online and send back to us. Would like them to have the ability to open, complete, sign, and send back to us. I am looking for someone to create a fillable PDF document for me. The document is a form and there are some specific fields I need, as well as some that I need guidance on deciding. The fillable fields should be a mix of simple text fields and fields with calculations. This project requires expertise in working with fillable fields and creating forms, so experience is necessary.
