A former academic editor in scholarly journals in Economics and Finance indexed in Web of Science is required. The project is a foundational comparative study between theoretical concepts.
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
am looking for a professional academic editor specialized in Economics and Finance, with a well-documented research record in Web of Science–indexed journals, and practical experience working with journals published by Elsevier and Oxford.
The editor will be expected to:
1. Revise and edit the manuscript linguistically and academically in a rigorous and highly polished style.
2. Format the manuscript in full accordance with the target journal’s author guidelines, and structure it in an attractive way that makes it easy for reviewers to follow the main argument.
3. Highlight the scientific value of the study and articulate its strengths convincingly, in a way that demonstrates the originality and importance of the topic and enhances the chances of acceptance for publication.
Applicants who believe they meet these requirements should provide evidence of their experience, such as:
• A list of their academic publications in Web of Science–indexed journals (including DOIs or links to selected articles).
• Samples of previous academic editing work (before/after), if available.
Unfortunately, many claim to have the required expertise, but once collaboration begins, it becomes clear that their work does not meet the standards of indexed journals. Therefore, I am looking for a genuinely qualified specialist with solid and verifiable practical experience in this field.
(Important Note)
Payment will be made in two installments:
1. 25% upon completion of the editing and submission of the article to the journal.
2. 75% upon acceptance of the article by the journal.
