eBook Formatting Expert for Kindle KDP
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I'm in need of a professional editor to format my text-only content (89/90 page ebook) into the standard novel format for Kindle Publishing Direct. The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with eBook formatting, specifically for KDP
- Strong attention to detail to follow KDP's recommendations exactly
- Excellent editing skills to ensure the content is polished and ready for publication - just checking for typos etc not altering content.
- an understanding of how the text will work and be viewed once uploaded (including flow across pages if size of font is altered by reader, etc)
- ability to create a Table of Contents hyperlinked to each chapter
- subheadings should also be included in ToC but not sub subheadings (but I would like both a short ToC which is headings and subheadings and a long one which is chapter headings, subheadings and sub sub headings).
- ability to ensure headings, spacing and indents and all other required formatting is correct and in line with KDPs recommendations and uploads professionally to KDP.
- ability to send me a final version for upload which uploads easily.

Please note, I do not have a specific font preference but I would like you to already have knowledge of what is most commonly used or have recommendations.
I need the book to formatted entirely in line with KDPs recommendations in Microsoft Word and PDF or their recommended file but NOT google docs.
