Write a blog post based on guide, with AI + editing, fact checking, about a defined city.

We are a commercial real estate portal and need a blog post that is written after our specifications, based on a guide. The text is approximately 2300 words long. The text should be written fast with the help of AI (defined in the guide) and then manually edited and fact checked.
