Write Adventure Story About 24 Wallet
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a concept called “24 Wallet” and I need a complete adventure story built around it for a young-adult readership. The tale takes place in the present day, so city streets, phones, social media, and all the everyday details of modern life can – and should – influence the plot.
Here is what I am after: a fast-moving narrative with strong characters, plenty of jeopardy, and a clear beginning, middle, and end. Mystery elements are fine, but the core must feel like an adventure that sweeps readers along. Tone should sit comfortably beside titles shelved in the YA section: relatable language, sharp dialogue, no graphic content.
Scope and deliverables
• An outline (1-2 pages) that maps the main beats of the story, sent first for approval.
• A full prose draft of 8,000–12,000 words in either Google Docs or Word once the outline is green-lit.
• Up to two revision rounds to polish pacing, character voice, or continuity.
Acceptance criteria
• Story is clearly set in the modern day and makes use of present-day technology and culture.
• The “24 Wallet” concept drives the plot rather than appearing as an after-thought.
• Language, themes, and complexity fit a teen/young-adult audience.
• Final file is proofread and ready for layout.
