Word Doc Linked Drop-Downs

I have a multi-page Microsoft Word document that needs 4–6 drop-down fields in the opening section. Each list has to pull its options directly from text that already exists elsewhere in the same file. When I revise the source text later, the drop-down choices should refresh automatically—no tables or charts involved, just plain text.
I’ll provide the .docx and show you which paragraphs feed each list. Please add the necessary content controls or a light VBA solution, test everything, and return a clean, unlocked file. The finished document must work flawlessly in Word for Windows (Office 365).
Deliverables

• A brief note explaining how to edit or extend the lists in future
