**Key Responsibilities:**
- Translate documents into Romance languages while maintaining the original format.
- Utilize ChatGPT-4 for translation support and editing tasks.
- Manage document formatting in Microsoft Word and PDFs.
- Use OCR or similar software to convert PDFs into editable Word documents.
- Ensure all projects are completed and returned as soon as possible.
