Typing book for editing

I wrote a book five years ago. I want to edit it and re- publish it. The file I saved it on in One Drive is lost. The project is very important to me. I had a stroke in September and was diagnosed with breast cancer last week. My prognosis gives me a year, but who knows? I see the book as an important part of my legacy. Of course, I cannot retype it now myself. It is a short fiction book, I think 77,000 words. I respect everybody’s estimates and need to make their own living. But I am mired in medical bills and especial prescription costs.
