Thesis Formatter Required – Strict University Guidelines (MS Word / LaTeX)

I am looking for a meticulous, professional document formatter to format my thesis and ensure 100% compliance with my university’s strict formatting guidelines.
The thesis is approximately 65K words long, written in Microsoft Word , and contains tables/figures.
The layout must strictly follow the APA 7th edition and My University's gudelines.This project is strictly for technical formatting and layout optimization. No content writing, editing, or proofreading of the text is required.
Scope of WorkThe selected freelancer will be responsible for:
(1) Document Structure & Layout:Setting exact margins (including the left gutter margin for print binding).
(2) Setting universal line spacing, paragraph indents, and font hierarchies.
(3) Fixing "widows and orphans" to ensure no isolated lines sit at page breaks.
(4) Automated Navigation:Generating an automated, clickable Table of Contents (TOC).
(5) Creating automated Lists of Tables, Figures, and Abbreviations.Setting up multi-level heading styles so the document remains dynamic.
(6) Pagination & Section Breaks:Applying Roman numerals (i, ii, iii) for front matter.Switching to Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) starting precisely on page 1 of Chapter 1.Suppressing page numbers on the title page.
(7) Tables, Figures, and Equations:Formatting academic tables (consistent cell padding and borders).Centering all figures and ensuring captions are correctly positioned and cross-referenced.
(8) References & Appendices:Formatting the reference list with precise hanging indents according to the required style guide.Setting up clean section breaks for the Appendices.
Requirements:
(1) Proven experience formatting large academic documents (Dissertations, Master's Theses, or PhDs).
(2) Expert-level mastery of [MS Word Styles / LaTeX]. Manual spacing, manual page breaks, or manual TOCs will not be accepted.
(3) Flawless attention to detail and ability to follow a PDF university guideline document step-by-step.
(4) High reliability and adherence to deadlines.

(i) Milestone 1 (25%): Formatting of Preliminary Pages, Chapter 1, and setup of the core Style Sheet/Template for review.
(ii) Milestone 2 (50%): Formatting of all remaining core chapters, tables, and figures.
(iii) Milestone 3 (25%): Completion of References, Appendices, final automated TOC generation, and final review after my feedback loop.
