While confidentiality is the centerpiece, the document should still touch on payment mechanics and a brief scope-of-work outline so everything sits in one place. I want the wording formal enough to match the tone of the newsletter, yet still plain-English so contributors from the general public can read it without sending it straight to a lawyer.
