Structural editing

I'm looking for a professional structural editor who can review and edit a 67,000 work of literary fiction. Specifically, I need a structural edit. I have a historical fiction manuscript that needs a skilled eye to provide objective feedback on whether the dual timeline structure is working, and if there’s two much world building in the historical parts. Basically, I need an experienced editor to assess if it’s working. I understand this is a very tight deadline (within 2 weeks), and if you can take on this project, I would be very appreciative.
